We make finding the nearest U.S. Bank branch easy. Simply select Locations at usbank.com which is found at the top of our desktop website or within the menu, if you’re on a mobile device.

You can also follow the steps below if you're logged into digital banking. 

Find a U.S. Bank ATM or branch location using Online banking

1. Select Need help? at the top, right corner of the page.
2. Click on Branch & ATM locations.
3. Enter the search criteria you'd like to use and select the magnifying glass icon. 
   • If you allow location services, we'll provide a list of locations near you automatically.
   • If you block location services, search by address, city, state or ZIP code.
   • Use the filter options to find a specific branch service or ATM.
   • Branch listings will display a message about branch availability and any limitations. 

Find a U.S. Bank ATM or branch location using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Select the Menu icon in the upper left corner, select Help & services.
2. Choose Find branch, ATM or Reload Centers from the list. If you don’t see it, choose Show all in the upper right.
3.  Enter the search criteria you'd like to use and select the magnifying glass icon. 
   • If you allow location services, we'll provide a list of locations near you automatically.
   • If you block location services, search by address, city, state or ZIP code.
   • Use the filter options to find a specific branch service or ATM.
   • Branch listings will display a message about branch availability and any limitations. 

We have two types of bank checks available for purchase:

• Cashier's checks 
• Personal money orders

To open a safe deposit box, simply schedule an appointment at a branch. We suggest selecting a location that's convenient for you, since the safe deposit box cannot be moved. See also: How do I schedule an appointment at a U.S. Bank branch?

During your appointment we'll discuss the cost of the safe deposit box and help you find the best option for you. 

There may be additional fees associated with a safe deposit box. Please take a moment to review our Consumer Pricing Information document. You'll find the details under Safe deposit box fees. 

To use our notary services, you'll need to visit us at a U.S. Bank branch of your choice. Be sure to bring valid ID (not expired) along with all pages of the document being notarized.

To find a branch that offers notary services

1. Visit usbank.com
2. Select Locations at the top of the page.
3. Enter your address, city, state, or ZIP code in the search field and select the magnifying glass icon or press Enter. 
4. A list of branches will populate. Locate the one you're interested in visiting and select Services. 
   • Services are listed in alphabetical order.
   • If the branch has notary services available, it will say "Notary". 

If you'd like to make an appointment, choose Make an appointment at a branch, found at the top of the page.

We know staying informed about your credit score and what’s on your credit report are important. View your TransUnion credit score and report for free in your digital banking. 

To check your credit score and credit report using digital banking

• Online banking users: Select Plan & track at the top of the page, then choose Credit score.
  U.S. Bank Mobile App users: Open the main menu and select Help & services. Then choose View credit score from the list. 
• To view your full TransUnion credit report, choose Credit Report from your CreditView dashboard.

About your CreditView dashboard:

• If you haven't signed up, select Enroll today. You'll be connected to our partner’s site, TransUnion, to complete the enrollment process.
• If you have signed up, your score will automatically show, along with additional information about how credit scores are impacted.
• Go to your profile if you want to manage access to CreditView or wish to update your personal information. 

Schedule an appointment whenever you need to see us. There’re a few ways you can do this:

• Visit us at usbank.com, select Locations and choose Make an appointment.
• Ask our Smart assistant to “make an appointment”.
• Log into digital banking and follow the steps below.

We suggest keeping your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel, if needed. Wealth Management customers, please contact your Wealth Management banker directly. 

To schedule an appointment using digital banking

1. Online banking: Select Need help? at the top of the page, then choose Make an appointment.
   Mobile banking: Open the main menu, select Help & services, scroll down and choose Make an appointment.
2. Choose whether to Make a personal appointment or Make a business appointment.
3. Select a service to meet about.
4. Choose a meeting method.
   • Select to meet with us in-person, by phone, or by video conference.
   • Use the location feature to select the branch you’d like to contact.
5. Select your meeting details.
   • Tell us if you have a preferred staff member you’d like to meet with.
     • Select Anyone available if you’re fine with meeting with the next available banker.
     • Select A specific staff member if you know who you’d like to meet with. Search for their name and select it to find their appointment availability.
   • Choose a date and time to meet.
6. Enter the following details, then select Book appointment.
   • Your first and last name.
   • Your email address.
   • Your mobile number*.
   • Additional details you’d like to provide (Don't include sensitive personal information like Social Security numbers, account numbers, etc.).
   • Additional attendees (select Add additional attendee if another person is joining the appointment).

*When providing a mobile phone number, you’re expressly consenting to receiving communications and non-marketing text messages from us and our affiliates. Select “Read full cellular phone contact policy and appointment text messaging disclosure” for more details. If you agree, select the check box.

You can easily schedule an appointment to meet by phone, video or in person. We offer personal and business banking appointments. You'll need some basic location information to schedule your appointment. We offer many services to fit your banking needs.

Call your local branch and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Find a branch in your area.

Your time is valuable, and we want to respect that. When scheduling your appointment time and topic, we'll provide a list of services and the estimated duration. For example, if you choose to meet with a banker on the topic of opening a checking or savings account, expect the appointment to take approximately one hour.  Overall appointment times range from 30 minutes to one hour, dependent on your banking needs.

If you don't see your topic or you're not sure which to choose, simply select: Learn more about other products or services. A banker will call to confirm your appointment and learn more about why you'd like to meet.

We offer the option to request a specific banker when scheduling an appointment. We'll do our best to accommodate; however, if that person isn't available, you may be scheduled with another banker.

Please keep your confirmation email so you can reschedule or cancel, if needed. If you're a Wealth Management customer, contact your Wealth Management banker directly to schedule an appointment. 

How to schedule a branch appointment using online banking

You must be logged into your account at usbank.com.

1. Select Need help? at the top of the page, then choose Make an appointment. 
2. Tell us about why you'd like to see us.
   
   1. Select how you'd like to meet. 
   2. Choose whether you'd like to visit us about Personal banking or Business banking.
   3. Select a service from the list. If you don't see your topic or you're not sure which one to choose, select, "Learn more about other products and services". A banker will call to confirm your appointment and learn more about why you'd like to meet.
3. Enter a town, city, or ZIP code and select the search icon. Locate the desired branch from the list and select Make an appointment. 
4. Choose from the available dates and times.  
5. Enter your contact information. If you're logged in, your information will automatically populate. 
   
   • Select "Add attendee (optional)" if you'd like another person to receive notice of the appointment.
   • You can share details that might be helpful for the banker to know. Don't include sensitive personal information like Social Security numbers, account numbers, etc.
6. Towards the bottom of the page, enter the banker's name in the "Additional information" section. 
7. When ready, select Confirm appointment.
   

How to schedule a branch appointment using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Open the main menu in the upper-left corner, select Help & services, then choose Make an appointment.

   1. Select how you'd like to meet. 
   2. Select whether you'd like to visit us about Personal banking or Business banking.
   3. Select a service from the provided list. If you don't see your topic or you're not sure which to choose, select, "Learn more about other products and services". A banker will call to confirm your appointment and learn more about why you'd like to meet.
3. Enter a town, city, or ZIP code and select the search icon. Locate the desired branch from the list and select Make an appointment. 
4. Choose from the available dates and times.  
5. Enter your contact information. If you're logged in, your information will automatically populate. 
   
   • Select "Add attendee (optional)" if you'd like another person to receive notice of the appointment.
   • You can share details that might be helpful for the banker to know. Don't include sensitive personal information like Social Security numbers, account numbers, etc.
6. Towards the bottom of the page, enter the banker's name in the "Additional information" section. 
7. When ready, select Confirm appointment.

No. You don’t have to be a customer to meet with us. When you schedule an appointment with us, we'll ask for your contact information to reach you.

Please bring proof of your identity. This can be a valid driver’s license, state-issued photo ID, or a valid passport.

When you complete the booking process for a branch appointment, you'll see a confirmation page with all the details. We'll also send you a follow-up email and/or text with those same details.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by selecting the link included in the confirmation email. The email or text message we send with the details of your appointment such as location, time, date, etc. The banker will automatically be notified of the cancellation or reschedule.

1. At the bottom of your confirmation email, select Cancel booking or Reschedule.
2. Select Cancel booking, then Cancel booking once more to confirm.
3. Select Reschedule, then select the next available date and time that works for you, then select Confirm.

The option to cancel or reschedule your appointment is only available through the confirmation sent via email or text. This option is not available through online or mobile banking. 

We value your time and want to ensure your information is kept safe. When you go to your appointment with the banker, please bring proof of your identity. This can be a valid driver’s license, state-issued photo ID, or a valid passport.

Other requirements depend on the purpose of the appointment.

• New account: If you’re opening a deposit or secured account, bring cash or a check to fund it. If more than one person will be listed as a signer/owner on the account, they’ll need to come to the appointment as well.
• Loan application: If you’re applying for a loan, we may need you to provide some documents. The banker will be in touch before the appointment to explain what you'll need to bring.
• Existing account: If you have questions about your existing account, bring any documents you’d like to refer to during the appointment.
