  1. Promotional offer is available with establishment of a new payment processing account by new or existing U.S. Bank customers, not currently using Elavon as their merchant processing services provider. Offer may not be combined with any other Merchant Services promotions or incentives. Association Partners, registered Payment Facilitators, and certain other business types with specialized pricing are not eligible for this offer. To qualify you must:

    • Open, and be approved for, a new U.S. Bank Payment Solutions Merchant Account (MID) by September 30, 2025.
    • Account must be open and actively accepting and settling payments at the time the monthly statement credits are being calculated and applied in order to receive the rebate. Merchant account must be in good standing with no outstanding recovery balance.

     

    The monthly statement credit will appear in the Fees/Charges Category of the merchant statement in the fourth month following account opening, not to exceed the $1,000 credit maximum. The promotional credit is based on total account fees and charges billed during the initial three (3) months following new account opening, excluding equipment, chargebacks, and adjustments for each respective month.

    For example, a new merchant account opened and approved on July 14, 2025, will immediately begin qualifying for credits on eligible monthly account fees and charges billed. The cumulative credit for the three (3) months following approval will appear on the November 2025 merchant statement. 

    In addition to the $1,000 cap, the statement credit amount cannot exceed total eligible monthly fees and charges actually billed and collected. Such statement credit may be adjusted to solely offset the eligible monthly account statement fees and charges billed and collected. U.S. Bank and/or Elavon, a U.S. Bank subsidiary, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time.

  2. Everyday Funding is available at no additional charge to U.S. Bank Payment Solutions merchants with a U.S. Bank Business Checking account. Funding speed is dependent on batch times and will be processed every day, including weekends and holidays. Activation may take between three to five business days from date of Everyday Funding service request. Once the file is activated, there will be a change in the description of the payment when it is posted to your bank account.

  3. U.S. Bank Payment Solutions are powered by Elavon, a wholly owned subsidiary of U. S. Bank NA. Elavon assesses the following transaction fees, depending on the acceptance method for the credit card payment:

    Swipe, tap, insert: 2.60% of transaction amount + 10 ¢ per item
    Manual transaction: 3.50% of transaction amount + 15 ¢ per item
    Online payments: 2.90% of transaction amount + 30 ¢ per item

    Disclosed transaction fees apply for online applications. Transaction fees may vary and other fees may apply for accounts not opened online.
